Morse is a piece for Large ensemble based on a created new morse code, using conductor movements and
metachronal rhythm (wavy movements produced by the sequential action (as opposed to synchronisation).
These movements produce the appearance of a travelling wave. The piece is also uses movement detector
apps on phones. Some direct sounds are produced by the phones used as an instrument.
The morse code has been created, following the shape a conductor draws in the air to write a letter, attributing
one or two different movements to each letter of the alphabet

0V0 explores the dependence of two independent art forms by combining them in a piece. The composer took an intuitive approach to transform the visual into sound and to represent the conver- sation between him and an elderly lady, which is purposefully hidden from the audience.
The feelings of nostalgia, solitude and reverie are sparked and illuminated by the conversation between the composer and the elderly lady, the piano acting as a vessel between the memories of her life and sound.
