NOCTOPOLIS

Noctopolis is a piece for large ensemble and fixed electronics, exploring a fictional city and its different areas. The audience is brought into various rooms, illustrated by specific immersive soundscapes as a free soul
passing through buildings. The more the piece evolves, the more these areas get abstract, and overwhelming, until becoming chaos.

Commissioned by the Philharmonia Orchestra as part of the Composer Academy scheme, premiered at the Royal Festival Hall in London (2024).
